Friday night is Family Night at our house, meaning that we do something together as a family. Not that we don 't do that on other nights, but Family Night is reserved for that. Tonight, for Family Night we had our first bonfire of the season, complete with s'mores and we had a rousing game of baseball (girls against the boys - the girls won, of course). Here are some pictures of our picture-perfect evening.
Quite a roaring fire as we burned up sticks that have fallen over the winter.Only three or four people were hit with the bat tonight. Don't worry, no one was seriously injured. There were just a lot of little bodies running around the ball field.
Marcus is going to be a slugger in a few years. Check out that form!
And the night was rounded out with some "whipping" rides on the tire swing.
