I had to defrost my freezer on Friday night! That's the way I live it up these days, but it was for a good cause. I needed to make room for half a cow that we purchased from Chris' aunt and uncle.
Now my ice-free freezer is packed to the brim with 261 pounds of lean beef: steaks, roast, liver (yuck, but Chris likes it), heart (hmm, not sure how to cook that baby), and hamburger. But the best part is that it came to only $2.48/pound! Love it!!!
Beef - it's what's for dinner!

Mmmmmm... meat. Except that heart and liver part. Tom loves liver too, but I don't eat organs. I feed them to the cats. :)
