Jean wanted this recipe, so here it goes...
Basil & Lemon Pepper Chicken Rub
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt (I use Lawrys)
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Spread evenly on 1 pound boneless chicken meat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes (or more). Grill.
You can't get any easier than that and it is YUMMY! Everyone in my family loves this one! Btw, I usually quadruple the recipe to feed our family.
