I was going to posts about how incredibly boring January is. After the very first day, there's nothing exciting in January. It's cold, dark and boring! At least it is in Minnesota. If I lived in Australia, I'm sure I would love January, but here at the 45 N latitude, it's just dark and cold most of the month.
But then....I noticed that it is MY three year blog-o-versary!!!! Yippeee! I've been blogging for three whole years! You know what? It feels like it's been a lot longer than that. I'm not sure if that is a good sign or not!? So, any readers here from those very first days of The Zoo?
Without looking, can anyone tell me what the very first post was? It was memorable...it also was in August 2007...so, how can this be my three year blog-o-versary? Well, after that initial post, it took me four more months to really begin blogging in earnest.
Anyway, my whole opinion of January has just changed! No longer is it the longest, darkest, coldest, dullest month to get through...well, actually it is still all those things, but it's also my blog's birthday, so it's not ALL bad.
