What Do You Think

It's Friday, it's room time and I am sitting here at the computer drinking a Diet Pepsi (something I don't often do) and eating M&M's (something I do really often, but hey, they are dark chocolate and therefore medicinal...), so what type of week do you think I've had?

Btw, Raelea is feeling much better and so for the time being I have no one sick in the house (my sick husband is at work).

  2. Let's see: sick children, sick husband...I bet you probably have extra laundry to do. Your week has been a hectic one...that would be my guess. My week has been a piece of cake compared to yours...just laying (or is it lying, maybe those children in english class can figure it out for me)around waiting for my back to feel better. I strained (or sprained) it helping Tim move the new bathtub upstairs. I am feeling much better today. I even got to drive the car today.

Josh got a new job working at Burger King. He begins on Thursday.

Hope the illness has completed its course at you house and everyone is feeling good so you can have a great weekend.

  8. Ahh, Pepsi and m&m's.....
    definitely my only "vice"....
Only there's NO NO NO diet stuff in this house!
I can definitely relate....the sick kids and all. When our little one was sick with a stomach bug for a WEEK my dh said to her, "honey, you'll feel better tomorrow"....she said, "is it spring tomorrow?"
And btw -- I was diagnosed today with "Costochondritis" -- A fancy way of saying I have an inflamed muscle/cartilage in my rib cage. Ummm, Painful. (no sneezing or coughing allowed!) Someday I'll be completely better....

  9. Jean,
Sorry to hear about your costochondritis (wow, that's a mouthful - I bet it hurts you just to say it).

    I hope you recover quickly!

  10. I pull out all stops with M&M's. I buy the 56oz. Sam's club bag. I use them to "reward" my students! Of course for all the good work they do, Teacher needs some rewards too!

  11. I think the teacher should be rewarded when her students do well!

I'm happy with my "small" bag as it was a gift from my dear hubby AND it was dark chocolate :)
