Hey folks, if you don't have any plans for this Saturday and have a hankering for some good old bagpipe music, come on down to Farmington and join us at the Scottish Fair and Highland Games. This is the first of three consecutive competitions that Evan and the band will be competing in this year and it is the only local competition for them. Over Memorial Weekend they/he will be competing in Alma, MI and then the following weekend they will be competing in Milwaukee. So, my Minnesota friends can get in on the fun this weekend, but my Michigan and Wisconsin friends will have to wait a week or two.
If you can't make any of these fun events you'll have to catch them at a parade sometime this summer OR you could all come to Scotland in August for the World Pipe Band Championship...teeheee...
