Let's see, last time it took about a week for the smell to go away...

Here We Go Again
Apparently something has died inside one of our walls while we were on vacation. This time it's in the wall of the school room, which makes doing school a rather smelly affair. Some more squeamish mother may let there kids have the day off, but not me! No! We will do school even if it means we have to wear clothespins on our noses.

ugh... that happened to us once when we were first married and lived in a rented house. We heard it in the basement (I woke to the sound of my deputy sheriff husband coming home from midnights wracking his gun and going down to the basement.....ummmm.... real comforting....) but he never found anything -- because it crawled up between the walls and died -- by our bathroom.... ugh. Fun.
ReplyDeleteBarb,
ReplyDeleteMy kitchen is getting done and I hope Tim has it so no critters can get in and die and then be smelly! Is November 7th still going to work to get together here in Rochester? Cassandra and I will be at Hearts at Home until about 3 or 3:30 so if it is still a possibility can we plan on supper at about 5ish?
