Amaretto Apple Streusel Cupcakes

Okay, folks, here's another outstanding recipe from Cooking Light (of course). I'm not going to type it all here because I'm a lousy typist and I don't have time, but also because if you go to the link you will see a picture of these nummy treats.

But first, I have a question. What exactly is the difference between a cupcake and a muffin? You know, what would stop me from serving these tasty little treats for, say, breakfast this morning? They have fruit and nuts in them. That's kind of healthy, right? So, let's not call them cupcakes, let's call them muff-cakes, or perhaps, cuffins?

Whatever you call them, or whatever time of day you eat them, these are seriously tasty!
