Next time I get it in my head to go to the Mall of America on a Sunday afternoon could someone just slap me and say, "Woman! Have you taken a leave of your senses?" Because only someone who has disconnected from reality would spend 20 minutes finding a parking spot, any parking spot, and then wait in line for twenty minutes to by ONE thing!
I will thank you for it, I promise!

The Mall of America. Gee,I do not think I have been there for seven years or so. Jeff has taken some of the kids a few times in that time though. Did you know I worked there for about 6 months about 14 years ago during Christmas time. Of course I loved it. We were saving for a down payment on our first house. There is something about working retail and the Holidays that is special. You know me though, retail runs in my veins. I love it. Now shopping during the holidays is a total different and not so pleasant experience. Now days we stick to shopping at walmart, fleetfarm, and any on-line site that takes paypal. It shortens the gift lists quite a bit. You are a brave lady going out there like that!
ReplyDeleteTina, I didn't know you worked there! I bet it was a blast! Evan just go a job there (at games by James) but now they've transferred him to Burnsville Center. Trust me, I spend more than my fair share of time at FleetFarm, Wal-Mart and Target :-). I dis need to pick up one item from MOA though. It's not a bad place to go during the week, but on weekends it's such a zoo!!
