Aidan's team pulled off an impressive win tonight (32-6) which sends them on to the Lightning Bowl (the little league Super Bowl for our league). For your viewing enjoyment, here is a clip of Aidan making a great tackle, after he pulls up his pink socks. If you just want to see the tackle, you can skip to halfway through the clip :-) You can wear pink socks if you tackle like this!
I had a little help on the sideline as well. Raelea did a great job with the chains!
John says that all the NFL players are wearing pink this month - so Aidan fits right in!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I think his desire for pink has more to do with the NFL than a sudden concern over breast cancer awareness :-). Coach says they all have to wear black socks to the bowl game, but he can wear hid pink laces and sweat bands ;-)
