Stay awake, that is. Apparently, getting her hair done and watching Vikings/Packers football was just TOO much for Zoe. Well, it was too much for her on a day she didn't nap. I have now discovered that it is MUCH easier to do her hair when she is asleep. This might have to be my new modus operandi :-)
I'm sure she is having sweet dreams now that it's over, but I think they were probably quite disturbing while I was yanking on her hair.

Barb,
ReplyDeleteGreat job on Zoe's hair! Is this the first time you did this? It looks great!
Tina,
ReplyDeleteThanks. No, this is the second time I've cornrowed her hair, but I used to do Nina's quite regularly (although Nina's hair is MUCH easier to work with). Zoe sits pretty well for getting her hair done, but her head is always moving back and forth, so it was a real treat to have her asleep and not moving at all!
Dad, Sam, Phillip, Tim, and I watched the game too.
ReplyDeleteAt the angle you are at and wearing your glasses you look just like Kathy, your sister. I really thought it was her at first.
