has been sitting on my countertop for the past five days.  In three more days it will be ready.

    For my blog buddies who are not my Facebook friends, the answer to this mystery is Kombucha! Yes, I am fermenting tea on my countertop. We tasted the first batch on New Year's Eve. No one died, and it was quite tasty!
