We all survived the first week of school! The first day was brutal, but after that it improved significantly, which is a good thing for me...and the kids. Emily even uttered those words that every homeschool mom longs to hear, "I actually like school this year!"
Ahh, this might not be such a bad year after all!
yes, I love that my 14 year old daughter says she wants MORE schoolwork assigned to her! My 15 year old son on the other hand...not so much! :)
ReplyDeleteActually, my 6 year old daughter also loves school, and my 7 year old son is much like the 15 year old. I think its a gender thing. My boys would much rather be outside, running, sweating, building forts, building a campfire, etc. :)
